Graduated from the University of Illinois in 1990 with a degree in Accounting, and from Florida International University with a 
Masters in International Business in 1996.

Currently serves as the Vice-President for Strategic Planning and Business Development for Bacardi USA.

He is also a certified public accountant

Lives with is wife Lian and has 3 children - Philly, Emma and James.
