Two time 3200 M and 1600 M District and Regional Champion.  Part of the 4x800 M 1999 regional championship.
School Record of 9:27.01 in the 3200 Meters.
Received a full scholarship to attend Wake Forrest University where he ran for legendary coach Bill Dellinger his first year.  
1999-2003 Varsity letterman in Cross Country and Track & Field.  1999 All Conference , 1999 and 2003 Athlete Academic All American.  
2003 Cross Country and Track team captain.

He graduated in 2003 with BA in Communications and Economics.  He currently resides in North Carolina.
